Return Policy:
Security Tag Store has a 30 day return policy on all merchandise. Contact Customer Service to arrange for a return authorization. RMA numbers should be marked clearly on the shipping label. All packages returned without an RMA number will be refused. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All International sales are final. Merchandise must be received in the same condition in which it was sent to you. Deactivators and detachers may be returned for store credit only. Security tags and systems are subject to a 15 percent re-stocking fee. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receiving returned merchandise.
Warranty Policy:
Security Tag Store stands behind everything we sell and offers a 30 day functionality guarantee on all refurbished merchandise sold online. If you discover your merchandise to be faulty within 30 days of the purchase date, we will replace your merchandise at no cost to you we'll even arrange the shipping.
The limited warranty for detection systems is extended to 90 days if you have the systems professionally installed by one of our skilled technicians. All Sensormatic and Checkpoint branded equipment is refurbished or used unless otherwise noted in the product description and include no services or warranty from the manufacturer. Detection systems purchased from and installed by us carry a 1yr limited parts warranty against defects, all other items carry a 30 day warranty against defects. Detection systems installed by us carry a 30 day limited service warranty against false alarms or poor detection. An isolated power line is required or service warranty is void (110VAC, 3 conductor, 24 hour dedicated circuit with less than 0.05 VAC between neutral and ground). Power should be run to within 10 feet of the exit, and must be completed prior to installation. Tagged merchandise must be a minimum of 4ft from detection systems. Warranty does not cover false alarms caused by changes in environment, tagged merchandise, racks, shopping carts, or any other item being too close to the detection system.
New Detection Systems have a limited 1 yr parts warranty.
All detection systems require an isolated power line or warranty is void. Power must me run to within 8 feet of the exit, and must be completed prior to installing the detection system.
